Philadelphia Brand Ambassador 

Four Walls Irish American Whiskey is a tribute to the four walls that hold our good times in and keep our troubles out - the bar - and we are looking for a highly-motivated Philly-based Brand Ambassador to also cover broader PA, NJ, MD, DC + DE.

What You'll Do

On-Premise and Retail Management:

  • Identify and target key accounts within the local market that strategically fit our brand
  • Create relationships with key stakeholders and local trade
  • Drive menu placements and features
  • Act as in market liaison between Four Walls and trade
  • Act as in market expert identifying opportunities and expanding the presence of Four Walls
  • Identify, produce, and execute with brand POS for maximum visibility in accounts
  • Execute KPI’s

  • Drive recruitment for experiential

  • Staff and consumer education as needed

Distributor Management:

  • Collaborate with local distributor to drive distribution, sales, in-market account planning, KPI delivery and activation
  • Drive sales with category-specific trade and consumer programming
  • Assist in distribution by leveraging account relationships and activation programming
  • Analyze and maintain local sales data to identify opportunities
  • In-Market Work Withs leveraging relationships with Sales Reps, Area Managers and other distributor personnel

Activation:

  • Work with local distributor to schedule appearances and leverage the market visits of our celebrity partners
  • Activate and Educate the brand in retail/bars/restaurants
  • Ensure scheduling of in-market appearances and visibility of on-premise and retail at time of visits
  • Leverage celebrity brand partners in the right accounts to gain sales and velocity
  • Supply Marketing team with trade and accounts to help leverage across social platforms

Administrative and Planning:

  • Budget management
  • Monthly recaps that identify success and competitive activity in market
  • Expense management

Qualifications

  • Must have bar and/or sales experience
